Commenting for all!
Up to this point I have had a rigid stance on moderating comments before they appear on Sweet Flag.
If you are a new reader or maybe even a long term reader of Sweet Flag & have tired to leave an anonymous comment, you’ll have been frustrated by the fact that this site hasn’t allowed it.
That my friends, has changed.
Live commenting for all!
As from now all readers can post a comment without having to leave any personal details, you can just be anonymous. I am also allowing totally live comments for the first time on Sweet Flag. This means anything left as a comment will go up straight away, so no more being held awaiting moderation.
Better community feel?
I will still be keeping an eye, like I always do, on what is being commented on here at Sweet Flag. I will not hesitate in deleting anything I deem a personal attack, flame or otherwise.
What I hope opening up the comments for all will do, will be to make for a better community for all of you, the readership of Sweet Flag. This is important to me. I want you to come to Sweet Flag knowing that your opinion counts, no matter if you identify yourself or stay anonymous.
If something gets posted in the future & you want to comment on it immediately, there will be no waiting around for moderation. Be it a comment by another reader or a post on the site.
You no longer need be afraid, go anonymous. Make your voice heard!
