Jonathan Ross & son do SPORE
I like Jonathan Ross & was surprised to find that EA have pulled off a good bit of PR by sending reps around to his house, so that he & his son could get a play on Spore & the Spore creature creator (as it is now know).
There had been rumblings that this was a fake but the picture above, that show both father & son together, seem to pour water on that.

I also managed to catch up with EA’s PR manager in the UK, Jonathan Goddard, to ask him about the hands on play by the Ross family:
“Just to come back to you on an earlier question, yes we did demo a part of Spore, as well as giving the whole family the chance to create their first creatures. I believe the images of those creatures are now on the facepunch thread.”
The results of the Ross families creations can be seen below:
I should have some more news about the Creature Creator demo in the next day or two, UK readers will find it especially interesting.

I was surprised to see this story repeated in a few places. I’ve never heard of the guy, but he must be popular in Britain.
