Duels
While looking over Anyway Games blog, I found a recent post about a new browser game called, Duels. Currently I am playing Travian & hadn’t thought to start another browser based game but once I gave it a look over & registered, I thought what the hell.

I have gone with the name Liber again, I have used this avatar name before in WoW.

Added Liber to my (Oske’s) rivals.
Maybe you can clear something up that I’ve been trying to figure out about the game. You’ve got a weapon with 209 Power. How are you able to equip that at level 4? My guy’s level 7 and only has a Max Power of 90.
Right now, it looks like either I’m missing something really obvious or this game gives the players who buy items a huge advantage. Did you buy the sword through RMT? I’m confused.

No your not missing anything really. I got the 209 power sword by using 20 tokens to buy a Duels Core set II pack. You get packs from the Armoury & these packs then contain a random number of items, varying in Tier.
Tokens you get from dueling…how you getting on with the quests inbetween the dueling?

Yeah, I’ve bought packs and gotten good items through them. But those items have a Power rating higher than my Max Power. Can you equip something higher than your Max Power? If so, what’s the penalty?
I could have sworn I tried equipping something higher than my max one time and it told me something to the effect of “In your dreams, loser!”

No you can’t equip anything that will exceed your max power…never got a comment like that!
